Our concept is modern style lake cottages. We are in the process of developing different floor plans but we can also do custom designs. Walnut township requires each plan to be over 1,300 SqFt.
Some Requirements:
Walnut Township requires homes to be over 1,300 sqft
Homes will need raised above flood plain about 4 feet depending on the lot
Most lots have gas, water and electric
Sewer system goes to a tank with a lift type system that pumps to public sewer
Side yards are 5 to 6 feet depending on the situation
